Class Fee Calculator is a privacy-first application. We do not collect or store any personal data on our own servers. All data remains on your device or in your personal iCloud account.

We act as the data controller only for the limited processing described in this policy.
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud container managed by Apple. We do not have access to this data. iCloud is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
When you send invoices via email, the app uses your device's default Mail application. We do not have access to your email accounts, contacts, or messages.
If you grant calendar access, lesson schedules are added to your device’s local calendar. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.
Class Fee Calculator does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not track users across apps or websites and do not use any tracking technologies.
Class Fee Calculator does not knowingly collect, use, or store personal data from children under the age of 13.
You can delete all local data by uninstalling the app.

Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
